W.E.L.D. (Women Executive Leader Development): Are you a busy female executive who strives to excel at work, balance your life and pursue your dreams?  Do you ever wish there was a group of reliable, experienced and confidential mentors who could support you in all these areas?  W.E.L.D. is designed for you.   This  bi-weekly  confidential group led by an experienced business coach is designed to support women business executives.  Each meeting investigates the challenges and obstacles that hold women executives back from achievement and fulfillment in their work place.  Whether you need assistance preparing an important presentation, would like help designing a difficult conversation,  balancing work and home life,  or just aren't sure of how to handle a situation at the office,  W.E.L.D. provides structured support and highly effective problem-solving tools that can be applied to your work and life immediately.  A powerful program for women on the executive track.   Monthly membership:  $375 (minimum 12 month commitment).

W.I.T (Women in Transition):  W.I.T. is bi-weekly confidential group specially designed for women going through major life transitions (divorce, career redesigns job changes, etc) who desire support, insight and coaching and who are committed to empowering themselves and each other through positive choices and meaningful action.
