SWAN has challenged me to set and reach the highest goals I can imagine for myself.  The bond formed with the other women in the group is very unique because the only agenda is your happiness and success. There is no past history, no extra baggage and absolutely no where to hide. The group takes you on full force, in a very loving way, and challenges everything you believe to be your reality.  They help you to see that the obstacles you believe are holding you back are only those circumstances you've created.  And you know they are right, because you have done the same thing to them on a different day.  By helping other women achieve their goals and change their reality, you are more open to accept their help in your own situation.
 
Over the past year in SWAN, my personal and professional goals have modified and changed.  The group has helped me see what the current priorities in my life are and how to build my career around those priorities. I am still a work-in-progress, as we all are, but I feel I am on the right track towards my goals.  And when I do start to swim in circles and chase my tail, I can always count on SWAN to put me back on course.
 
Suzy is able to step into any type of business or any circumstance and help you navigate towards a more positive and beneficial outcome.  Many times, we are so caught up in our situation that we cannot look at the entire picture.  We are so caught up in our obstacles that we cannot even imagine what success might look like.  Suzy was able to help me, for lack of a better term, get out of my own way.  
 
I enjoy her style of coaching because she does not have a defined “methodology” or “program” that is going to solve all of your problems.  She is on this journey with you and just as excited as you are to find out the answers.  The talent Suzy possesses is the ability to ask the right questions and make you question everything you feel is a “fixed reality” in your life.
 
Through helping me achieve clarity in my own situation and determining the best use of my time, I was able to develop a position within my firm that is a win-win for everyone.  It is no coincidence that the best use of my time is also my favorite aspect of the job.  Not only am I now able to generate a significant amount of business, I am also enjoying every day so much more.
